建立综合评估模型是企业能效测评流程的核心环节。分析了能效测评工作的基本流程,总结出一套基于灰色关联度的能效测评方法并简单介绍了其求取过程。最后,以泵站系统为研究对象进行了算例分析。通过梳理电动机、水泵相关能效标准和文献,建立了该系统能效评估指标模型,以电动机运行效率、吨.百米耗电量和泵运行效率为评价指标,然后应用灰色关联度能效测评方法分析了某送水泵站某日24 h运行数据,求出24 h时间段的关联度值,从而可根据评价标准判断用能系统能效水平的高低。结果表明该方法具备可行性,可为用能系统综合能效测评提供参考。
The establishment of a comprehensive assessment model is the core of an enterprise energy efficiency assessment process. The basic flow of energy efficiency evaluation is analyzed. A set of energy efficiency evaluation method based on gray relational degree is summarized and the process of its calculation is introduced briefly. Finally, a case study is carried out based on pumping station system. By combing the relevant energy efficiency standards and literature of motors and pumps, the energy efficiency evaluation index model of the system was established. The results show that this method is feasible and can provide a reference for energy efficiency evaluation.
