在妇女和动物都已证明宫内节育器的作用机理之一是引起炎症反应,包括白细胞浸润。从妇女子宫中取出的宫内节育器(IUDs)表面存在白细胞。和前列腺素一样,白细胞可以释放某些物质进入子宫液,其浓度能反映炎症的程度并足以毒害幼小的胚泡。许多事实已证明白细胞浸润与着床前胚泡的退变坏死有关。因此,已开始有人研究妇女节育失败与抗炎药物吸收的可能关系。为阐明这一问题的重要性,本文进一步观察了三类不同的IUD在伴随应用抗炎药物时的节育效力。
In both women and animals, one of the mechanisms by which an IUD acts has been shown to cause inflammation, including leukocyte infiltration. Leukocytes are present on the surface of intrauterine devices (IUDs) removed from the womb of a woman. Like prostaglandins, leukocytes release certain substances into the uterine fluid in concentrations that reflect the degree of inflammation and are sufficient to poison young blastocysts. Many facts have proved that leukocyte infiltration and blastocyst pre-implantation degeneration and necrosis related. Therefore, some people have started to study the possible relationship between women’s failure of birth control and the absorption of anti-inflammatory drugs. To elucidate the importance of this issue, this article further examines the contraceptive effectiveness of three different types of IUDs with concomitant use of anti-inflammatory drugs.
