结合工程实际提出了空腹钢柱,并成功地在单层工业厂房中应用,较好地满足了建筑、暖通、动力等各专业的要求。在设计过程中,除了分别按平面排架、空间整体进行详细计算外,还采用有限元对多种荷载工况作用下钢柱的极限承载力进行了计算,并完成了1∶4比例模型试验。空腹钢柱是对现有钢结构厂房柱的一种补充,值得今后高大工业厂房设计借鉴。
Based on the actual project, the fast steel column was put forward and successfully applied in the single-layer industrial plant, meeting the requirements of various professions such as construction, HVAC and power well. In the design process, in addition to the plane rack, the space as a whole detailed calculations, but also using finite element analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity of steel columns under a variety of load conditions were calculated and completed a 1: 4 ratio model test . Fasting steel column is a supplement to the existing steel structure plant column, it is worth drawing in the future tall industrial plant design.
