用自蔓延铝热离心法对球墨铸铁管内表面进行了重熔处理。结果表明,在球墨铸铁管内表面形成了03mm厚的白口组织,其显微硬度为672HV,远远高于其铁素体基体,重熔处理过程不降低基体的耐蚀性
The inner surface of ductile iron pipe was remelted by self-propagating aluminum thermal centrifugation. The results show that the 03mm thick white mouth formed on the inner surface of ductile iron pipe has a micro hardness of 672HV which is much higher than that of the ferrite matrix. The remelting process does not reduce the corrosion resistance of the matrix
