为了克服传统坑道钻机钻探参数有线传输技术高成本和高故障的缺点,提出了一种以钻杆为传输介质,以声波为传输载体的钻探参数传输方法。应用一维有限单元法研究了单节钻杆的长度,管箍的横截面积,钻杆的节数对梳状滤波器通阻带分布的影响,给出了钻探参数信息对载波的调制方式。基于声波的钻探参数传输系统采用信道扫频功能,确定了最佳的载波频率或者通信带宽,并设计了纠错握手程序以保证数据传输时的可靠性。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of high cost and high fault of traditional transmission technology of drilling parameters of tunnel boring machine, a drilling parameter transmission method using drill pipe as transmission medium and acoustic wave as transmission carrier is proposed. One-dimensional finite element method was used to study the influence of the drilling parameters on the carrier modulation, such as the length of the single-section drill pipe, the cross-sectional area of the pipe clamp and the number of drill pipe sections. . The acoustic-based drilling parameter transmission system uses the channel sweep function to determine the best carrier frequency or communication bandwidth and to design an error correction handshake to ensure data transmission reliability.
