美国引发的金融危机为何能导致这么严重的全球金融大海啸,在我们看来,最根本的问题在于以下两点,一是我们没有充分认识到世界经济失衡结构下各国经济抵挡外部冲击的能力会十分有限的问题,二是我们没有及时意识到金融创新滥用到一定程度会让一部分不知情的投资者在毫无风险意识的情况下输得血本无归的问题。
The fundamental problem we see from the financial crisis triggered by the United States can lead to such a grave global financial tsunami. The first is that we do not fully understand the ability of all countries to withstand the external shocks under the global economic imbalances The second is that we do not realize in time that the abuse of financial innovation to a certain extent will make a part of the uninformed investors lose everything without risk awareness.
