目的:为了提高五年制大专《生理学》教学质量,强化学生基层临床实践技能,为毕业后资质考试夯实基础。方法:选取2013级“五年制大专”护理6、8班共139名学生为试验组,2013级“五年制大专”护理1、2班共135名学生为对照组,试验组在实际教学过程中采用贴近基层、临床和资质考试的“三贴近”创新教学模式为指导,多媒体与PBL和CBL双轨并用的教学方法,采用“教材+板书”式传统教学法。通过生理学期末考试成绩和发放问卷调查对两组教学效果进行比较。结果:采用“三贴近”教学模式的试验组期末考试成绩优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组问卷调查显示相对于传统教学模式学生更喜欢“三贴近”教学模式。结论:在五年制大专《生理学》教学中应用“三贴近”教学模式,既提高学生学习兴趣,又能符合现代医学职业教育的要求,使《生理学》教学起到事半功倍的效果。
Objective: In order to improve the teaching quality of “physiology” in five-year college and strengthen students’ basic clinical practice skills, lay a solid foundation for qualification examination after graduation. Methods: A total of 139 students in 2013 and “Five-year college” nursing classes of 6 and 8 classes were selected as the experimental group. A total of 135 students of the 2013 grade “Five-year college” nursing class 1 and 2 were selected as the control group. Group in the actual teaching process close to the grassroots level, clinical and qualification examination “three close ” innovative teaching mode as a guide, multimedia and PBL and CBL dual track teaching method, using “textbook + blackboard ” traditional teaching method . Through the physical examination results and the issuance of questionnaires to compare the two groups of teaching effectiveness. Results: The final exam scores of the experimental group adopting “three close ” teaching modes were better than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the questionnaire survey in the experimental group showed that the students prefer the traditional teaching mode “Three close ” teaching mode. Conclusion: Applying the teaching mode of “Three close to” in the teaching of physiology in five-year college can not only improve students’ interest in learning, but also meet the requirements of modern medical vocational education so that “Physiology” can play a multiplier effect.
