目的:建立猪急性胰腺炎模型并进行CT及病理对照研究。材料与方法:22只猪分为实验组18只,对照组4只,通过结扎胰管和胰管内注射酒精建立急性胰腺炎模型,并行CT平扫及快速动态增强扫描及病理学研究。结果:实验组18只动物均产生不同程度的胰腺炎改变,14只动物有胰腺坏死及出血改变。CT扫描显示的胰周渗出范围和胰腺炎严重程度相关,增强扫描能显示胰腺坏死灶,但对胰腺内出血显示较差。结论:应以胰周渗出程度和增强CT扫描显示的坏死范围共同作为胰腺炎的分级标准
Objective: To establish a model of acute pancreatitis in pigs and conduct CT and pathological control studies. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-two pigs were divided into experimental group (n = 18) and control group (n = 4). Acute pancreatitis model was established by ligating the pancreatic duct and pancreatic duct by alcohol injection. CT scanning and rapid dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning and pathology were performed. RESULTS: Eighteen animals in the experimental group all had varying degrees of pancreatitis. Fourteen animals had pancreatic necrosis and hemorrhage. Pancreatic periprosthetic exudation was associated with the severity of pancreatitis on CT scans, and enhanced scans showed necrotic lesions of the pancreas, but showed poor bleeding in the pancreas. CONCLUSIONS: Peri-pancreatic exudation should be combined with enhanced necrosis of the CT scans as a criterion for pancreatitis
