玉米螟是我省旱粮作物上主要害虫之一,为害玉米、高粱、谷子等,历年有不同程度的为害,常年被害率在20～30%,为害严重时可达50～60%,减产1～2成。去年,在批林批孔运动的推动下,在各级党组织的领导下,我们学习了兄弟单位的经验,开始做应用松毛虫赤眼蜂防治玉米螟的试验研究,取得了初步的效果。一、应用赤眼蜂防治玉米螟短期测报问题的研究 Corn borer is one of the main pests on the dry food crops in our province. It is harmful to corn, sorghum, millet and so on. It has been damaged in varying degrees over the years. The annual damage rate is between 20% and 30%, while the serious damage can reach 50% to 60% ~ 2 percent. Last year, under the leadership of the Punch Hole Campaign and under the leadership of party organizations at all levels, we learned the experience of our fraternal units and started the pilot study on the prevention and control of the corn borer, Trichogramma ostriniae, with Trichogramma dendrolimi, and achieved initial results.
