本文采用(口赛)(口庚)啶诱导大鼠糖尿病模型,进一步探讨了五子衍宗丸对实验性糖尿病的影响。结果表明:五子衍宗丸1000~2000mg/kg经口灌胃给药,对(口赛)(口庚)啶诱导糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖无明显影响(P>0.05),而对其糖耐量的异常有明显改善作用,使大鼠糖负荷后60分钟及120分钟的血糖水平明显降低(P<0.05~0.01),对大鼠空腹血清胰岛素水平、糖负荷后120分钟血清胰岛素的异常升高及空腹血糖与血清胰岛素比值虽无明显影响(P>0.05),但能使糖负荷后120分钟血糖与血清胰岛素比值明显降低(P<0.05)。结果提示,五子衍宗丸对(口赛)(口庚)啶诱导大鼠糖尿病有较好的防治作用,其作用机理可能与促进胰岛素分泌有关。
In this article, the model of diabetes induced by (mouth race) (hip) was used to further investigate the effect of Wuzi Yanzong Pill on experimental diabetes. The results showed that oral administration of Wuzi Yanzong Pill from 1000 to 2000mg/kg did not significantly affect the fasting blood glucose of (diabetes)-induced rats with diabetes (P>0.05), but their glucose tolerance Abnormalities were significantly improved, and the blood glucose levels at 60 and 120 minutes after glucose overload were significantly lower in rats (P<0.05-0.01). The fasting serum insulin level in rats and the abnormal increase in serum insulin at 120 minutes after glucose overload were observed. Although the ratio of fasting plasma glucose to serum insulin had no significant effect (P>0.05), the ratio of blood glucose to serum insulin after 120 minutes of glucose load was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The results suggest that Wuzi Yanzong Pills has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on (diabetes) (guchi)-induced diabetes in rats, and its mechanism of action may be related to the promotion of insulin secretion.
