目的 :为我国儿童少年眼镜架设计提供厦门地区儿童少年与眼镜架相关的头 -眼部 8项生理解剖指标正常值。方法 :对厦门市 5~ 17岁儿童少年 2 6 0 0人以电子数显游标卡尺、弯脚规和Hertel眼球突出计进行了瞳孔距离、眶距、耳根上点眶距、耳根上点间宽、眼球突出度、鼻高、鼻宽和鼻基根角的活体测量。结果 :厦门市 5~ 17岁儿童少年 8项生理指标分别为 :瞳孔距离 5 1.5 7~ 6 1.10mm、眶距 88.0 8~ 10 1.35mm、耳根上点眶距 6 3.0 6~ 79.86mm、耳根上点间宽 130 .6 5~ 147.96mm、眼球突出度 12 .91~ 15 .38mm、鼻高 43.5 7~ 5 5 .88mm、鼻宽 19.6 7~ 30 .6 5mm和鼻基根角 2 5 .5 2~ 31.83度。结论 :5~ 17岁儿童少年与眼镜架相关的头 -眼部 8项生理解剖指标处在生长发育的动态变化中 ,儿童使用的眼镜架必须以儿童少年相应年龄的头眼部生理解剖指标测量值汇总的平均值做为参考指标。
OBJECTIVE: To provide the normal ocular-ocular physiological anatomical indexes of children and adolescents who are involved in spectacles frames in Xiamen area for the design of children’s frames in our country. Methods: The pupil distance, orbital distance, orbital distance of the upper ear point, the width of the upper ear point, the distance between the upper and lower ear were measured by using electronic digital vernier caliper, curved foot gauge and Hertel eyeball protrusion. Exophthalmos, nasal height, nasal width, and nasal base angle in vivo measurements. Results: The physical indexes of juvenile aged 5-17 years old in Xiamen were as follows: pupil distance 5 1.5 7 ~ 6 1.10mm, orbital distance 88.0 8 ~ 10 1.35mm, distance between eardrum anterior and extremity points 6 3.06 ~ 79.86mm, Point width of 130.65 ~ 147.96mm, eyeball protrusion 12.91 ~ 15.38mm, nose height 43.57 ~ 5 5 .88mm, nose width 19.6 7 ~ 30 .6 5mm and nasal root angle 25.55 2 ~ 31.83 degrees. CONCLUSIONS: The head-eye anatomical indexes of head and eye of juveniles aged 5 to 17 years are in the dynamic changes of growth and development. The frames used by children must be measured by the head and eye physiological anatomy of children and adolescents The average value of the summary as a reference indicator.
