在现代企业的发展过程中,决定企业兴衰存亡的是现金流,最能反映企业本质的也是现金流,在众多价值评价指标中基于现金流的评价是最具权威性的。现金流量比传统的利润指标更能说明企业的盈利质量。本文在阐述现金流重要性的同时,对粮食企业如何注重加强现金流量的管理,避免出现负现金流量,提出相应对策。
In the process of the development of modern enterprises, cash flow determines the rise and fall of the enterprise, and the cash flow, which most reflects the nature of the enterprise, is the most authoritative among the many evaluation indexes based on cash flow. Cash flow more than the traditional profit indicators better illustrate the company’s profitability. This article elaborated the importance of cash flow at the same time, how to focus on strengthening the management of cash flow of grain enterprises, to avoid negative cash flow, put forward corresponding countermeasures.
