通过改变升温速率、最大读出温度及恒温时间等参数研究了性能改善的GR200A重复使用中的灵敏度、残余信号和发光曲线的变化情况,探讨了不退火重复使用的可能性。结果表明采用最大读出温度240℃、恒温时间20s、升温速率为6℃/s时能达到残余信号减少到小于05%,且重复使用中灵敏度稳定,发光曲线不发生变化,删除了辐照前退火炉退火的需要。高于240℃的读出温度作用GR200ATLD,灵敏度下降、灵敏度分散性增加,不宜采用。
By changing the parameters such as heating rate, maximum readout temperature and constant temperature time, the sensitivity, residual signal and luminescence curve of GR200A with repeated use were studied. The possibility of repeated use without annealing was also discussed. The results show that the residual signal can be reduced to less than 05% with maximum readout temperature of 240 ℃, constant temperature time of 20s and heating rate of 6 ℃ / s, and the sensitivity is stable during repeated use without changing the luminescence curve. According to the annealing furnace before annealing needs. Reading temperature above 240 ℃ for the role of GR 200ATLD, decreased sensitivity, increased sensitivity dispersion, should not be used.
