构建了大用户电价激励效应模型,分析了参与直购电后大用户、电网公司、直购电厂三方的效益变化,以此为基础建立了考虑大用户电价激励效应的直购电定价模型,并分析了直购电对各方效益的影响和各方的参与意愿,并从价格制订机制、辅助服务管理、市场准入条件三个方面提出了保障直购电顺利开展的建议。基于实际电网数据构造的算例验证了该模型的有效性。
This paper constructs a large-user electricity price incentive effect model, analyzes the benefit changes of the large users, power grid companies and direct-purchase power plants after they participate in direct electricity purchase. Based on this, the direct electricity purchase pricing model considering the incentive effect of large electricity prices is established. Analyzes the influence of direct power purchase on the benefit of all parties and the willingness of all parties to participate, and puts forward the suggestion of guaranteeing the success of direct power purchase from the pricing mechanism, auxiliary service management and market access conditions. The numerical example based on actual grid data verifies the validity of the model.
