从人体工程学角度看,德国宇航研试院与工业界及几个研究所联合研制的航空摄影的图像数据处理、存储和无干扰传输实验系统是很有价值的。因为所传输的图像可显示在荧光屏上,并由观察人员进行处理。然而,对成功的或试验过的各种方法效能的最后判定,由于观察员的素质可能是有差异的,要获得可靠的统计结果,需要花费一大笔试验经费。本文所介绍的实验系统用来试验和优化各种在自然和人为干扰影响下进行的数据处理和高频传输的方法。图像处理方面的其它任务是图像的显示和存储。
From an ergonomic point of view, the joint research program of image data processing, storage and non-intrusive transmission of aerial photography developed jointly by DLA and industry and several research institutes is of great value. Because the transmitted image can be displayed on the screen and processed by the observer. However, as the final judgment of the efficacy of various successful or tested methods may vary depending on the quality of the observer, a substantial amount of experimental funding is required to obtain reliable statistical results. The experimental system presented in this paper is used to test and optimize various methods of data processing and high frequency transmission under the influence of natural and human interference. Other tasks in image processing are the display and storage of images.
