目的:通过对14个不同产地金银花药材中指标成分绿原酸、木犀草苷、总酚酸、总黄酮的含量进行测定,找出4个成分之间的相关性,为合理评价金银花药材质量提供参考。方法:采用HPLC和UV法测定金银花中绿原酸、木犀草苷、总酚酸和总黄酮的含量;采用相关程度分析方法对4种成分进行相关性分析。结果:以4种成分为综合考察指标,其中山东临沂产金银花药材中绿原酸、木犀草苷、总酚酸、总黄酮含量较高;通过相关性评价,判定金银花中绿原酸与总酚酸呈高度相关性,木犀草苷与总黄酮呈中度相关,绿原酸与木犀草苷呈中度相关,总酚酸与总黄酮呈中度相关。结论:通过对14个不同产地金银花药材指标成分评价及相关分析,为金银花药材质量的评价及合理利用提供实验数据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid, luteolin, total phenolic acid and total flavonoids in 14 honeysuckle medicinal materials from different areas and find out the correlation between the four components, in order to provide a reasonable evaluation of the quality of honeysuckle medicinal materials reference. Methods: The contents of chlorogenic acid, luteolin, total phenolic acids and total flavonoids in Lonicera japonica Thunb were determined by HPLC and UV methods. The correlation analysis was used to analyze the four components. Results: Based on the four components, the contents of chlorogenic acid, luteolin, total phenolic acids and total flavonoids were higher in honeysuckle producing herbs in Linyi of Shandong Province. By the correlation evaluation, chlorogenic acid and total phenols There was a high degree of correlation between the concentrations of luteolin and total flavonoids. There was a moderate correlation between chlorogenic acid and luteolin, and there was a moderate correlation between total phenolic acids and total flavonoids. Conclusion: Through the evaluation and correlation analysis of the index components of honeysuckle in 14 different habitats, the experimental data are provided for the evaluation and rational utilization of honeysuckle medicinal materials.
