对龙竹(Dendrocalamus giganteus)材维管束形态、纤维形态、组织比量进行分析测定,研究了不同年龄、不同胸径、竹秆不同部位解剖性质的变异特点:龙竹的维管束为断腰型和双断腰型;维管束的径向长为0.554~1.224mm,平均0.839mm;弦向长为0.364~0.635mm,平均0.521mm;径向长度与弦向长度比1.32~1.99,平均1.61;维管束的密度为84~268个/cm2,平均为175个/cm2。结果还表明:龙竹材纤维长度主要受竹秆部位的影响,与年龄和胸径无显著相关;组织比量与竹龄和竹秆胸高直径也无显著关系。
The morphology, fiber morphology and tissue ratio of vascular bundles in Dendrocalamus giganteus were analyzed and determined. The variation characteristics of anatomical properties of different parts of bamboo stalks were studied under different ages, The length of the vascular bundle was 0.554-1.224 mm with an average of 0.839 mm. The chord length was 0.364-0.635 mm with an average of 0.521 mm. The length ratio of the radial length to the chord length was 1.32-1.99, with an average of 1.61. The density of the tube bundles was 84 to 268 cells / cm2 with an average of 175 cells / cm2. The results also show that the length of the bamboo is mainly affected by the part of bamboo, which is not related to the age and the diameter of the breast. There is no significant correlation between the proportion of the tissue and the bamboo age and the diameter of the bamboo.
