一、引言红山水库自1960年10月拦洪蓄水以来采用了蓄洪运用,即水库的蓄水、放水等调度系完全根据用水部门的兴利要求,不受河道来沙情况的制约,其特征是没有排沙期,仅有蓄水期和供水期,其排沙比为零。至1979年水库共淤积约6亿立米,平均年库容损失率为1.23%,由于高水位运用的结果使红山水库目前出现两个问题;一是淤积上延的影响不断扩大:二是防洪库容淤损较快。为此,1979年8月辽宁省水利学会在赤峰市曾召开“红山水库淤积上延问题学术讨论会”,会上着重讨论了红山水库运用方式的选择途径。结合工作,本文对红山水库的运用方式也作些初浅的分析,期望与关心本工程的同志们广泛讨论,以促进工作。
I. INTRODUCTION The Hongsan Reservoir has adopted the flood storage operation since the flood control and water storage in October 1960. That is, the storage and discharge of the reservoir are entirely based on the requirements of the water sector and are not restricted by the conditions of incoming and outgoing water from the river. Characteristic is no sand discharge period, only the storage period and water supply period, the desertification ratio is zero. By 1979, about 700 million cubic meters of silt was accumulated in the reservoir, with an average loss rate of 1.23% per annum. As a result of the high water level, two problems have appeared in Hongshan Reservoir. First, the impact of siltation has been expanding. Second, flood control capacity Damaged quickly. Therefore, in August 1979, Liaoning Province Water Conservancy Society held a symposium on the issue of “Upsliding of Hongshan Reservoir in Chifeng City”. At the meeting, the ways of choosing Hongshan Reservoir were discussed. Combining with the work, this paper also analyzes the application mode of Hongshan Reservoir first and foremost, expects to discuss extensively with the comrades who care about this project to promote the work.
