目的了解以三氯羟基二苯醚为杀菌成分的玉洁纯消毒净手露的杀菌效果及其消毒相关性能。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室和现场实验观察。结果玉洁纯消毒净手露中三氯羟基二苯醚含量为2690 mg/L,乙醇含量为体积分数65%。用其原液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.0;对铜绿假单胞菌杀灭对数值>3.0。用玉洁纯消毒净手露原液对工作人员手擦拭消毒1.0 min,对手部皮肤上自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.0。将该消毒净手露置于37℃恒温箱内储存90 d,三氯羟基二苯醚含量下降率为5.32%。结论玉洁纯消毒净手露对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀菌效果好,性能稳定。
Objective To understand the bactericidal effect and its disinfection-related properties of jade-pure disinfectant gel with trichloro hydroxy diphenyl ether as the bactericidal component. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test and physical and chemical analysis methods were used to conduct laboratory and field experiments. Results Yujie pure disinfectant net exposed dextromethorphan content of 2690 mg / L, the ethanol content of 65% volume fraction. With its stock solution on cloth Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans effect 0.5 min, the average kill logarithm values were> 5.0; Pseudomonas aeruginosa kill logarithm> 3.0. With jade pure disinfectant net hand lotion liquid workers wipe disinfection 1.0 min, natural skin on the opponent’s skin to kill the logarithmic values were> 1.0. The sterilized net hands were exposed to a 37 ° C incubator for 90 days, the declining rate of trichloro hydroxy diphenyl ether was 5.32%. Conclusions Jade pure disinfectant hand gel has good bactericidal effect on bacteria and fungi and has stable performance.
