目的:分析工娱治疗在精神科住院病人康复护理中的作用.方法:选取本院患者作为样本,随机分为观察组与对照组.对照组实施常规护理,观察组将工娱治疗应用到康复护理中.结果:护理后,观察组患者BPRS(24.36±1.88)分、SDSS(3.15±0.62)分、护理风险发生率2.17％、家属满意度97.83％,与对照组相比,差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:将工娱治疗应用到精神科住院患者的康复护理中,对患者精神病症状的缓解,及其社会功能的增强,具有重要价值.","Objective To analyze the role of occupational therapy in the rehabilitation care of psychiatric inpatients. Methods The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group applied the treatment to rehabilitation nursing. Results After nursing care, the patients in the observation group had BPRS score(24.36±1.88), SDSS score (3.15±0.62), nursing risk rate of 2.17 ％, family satisfaction of 97.83 ％, which showed significant difference(P＜0.05). Condusion It is of great value to apply the treatment of occupational recreation to the rehabilitation and nursing of psychiatrlc inpatients.
