研究了AlTi5、AlTi5B1对ZL10 8合金T6状态的晶粒细化效果以及对ZL10 8合金室温拉伸性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,合金中的高Si含量影响AlTi5及AlTi5B1对合金晶粒的细化效果。AlTi5B1对合金性能的影响优于AlTi5 ,当ZL10 8合金中Ti的质量分数为 0 .30 %~ 0 .35 % ,w(B)约为 0 .0 7%时 ,合金的抗拉强度提高 ,伸长率明显提高 ,合金晶粒得到细化
The effects of AlTi5 and AlTi5B1 on the grain refinement of T6 state of ZL10 8 alloy and the tensile properties of ZL10 8 alloy at room temperature were studied. The experimental results show that the high Si content in the alloy affects the refining effect of AlTi5 and AlTi5B1 on the alloy grains. The effect of AlTi5B1 on the properties of the alloy is better than that of AlTi5. When the mass fraction of Ti in ZL10 8 is 0.30% -0.35% and w (B) is about 0.07%, the tensile strength of the alloy increases, Elongation increased significantly, the alloy grains are refined
