本文简单介绍渤海钻探定向井公司自行研制了具有自主知识产权的DM-LWD(德码地质评价无线随钻测量仪)。利用LWD(Logging While Drilling)地质导向系统中的电阻率及自然伽马等参数,实现了精确的地质导向。该技术在青海台南气田水平井地质导向钻井中进行了成功应用,开发的最小有效气层厚度0.7m,平均油层有效延伸率达95%以上,收到良好效果。以台H1-6井的现场施工为例,着重分析其应用结果,研究如何利用LWD地质参数实现最大化的油气层的地质入窗与地质跟踪。
This article gives a brief introduction of the Bohai Drilling Directional Well Company, which independently developed the DM-LWD (German code MWDWDD) with independent intellectual property rights. Accurate geosteering is achieved by using parameters such as resistivity and gamma ray in the LWD (Logging While Drilling) geosteering system. The technology has been successfully applied to horizontal well geosteering drilling in Tainan gas field in Qinghai Province. The minimum effective gas layer thickness developed is 0.7m and the average effective oil layer extension rate is more than 95%, which has received good results. Taking the on-site construction of Well H1-6 as an example, the application results are analyzed emphatically, and how to use LWD geological parameters to maximize the geologic window and geologic tracking of oil and gas layers is studied.
