以栽培种花生为母本,野生种为父本,配制大量杂交组合,找到了能自然加倍的三倍体杂种,观察了其减数分裂行为和杂种后代的变化规律。F_6代能分化出株型直立并基本稳定的株系。通过多代选择得到了优质、抗病、高产的优良品系。揭示了栽野三倍体杂种自然加倍在花生远缘杂交育种上的光明前景。
Using peanut as the female parent and wild species as the male parent, a large number of hybrid combinations were prepared to find triploid hybrids that could naturally be doubled. The changes of meiosis and offspring of hybrids were observed. F_6 generation can differentiate the plant type upright and basically stable strains. Through the multi-generation selection has been high quality, disease resistance, high yield of fine lines. Revealing the natural prospect of triploid hybrid doubling naturally in distant hybridization of peanut breeding.
