目的了解我国东海各种鱼类自然感染异尖线虫情况,并评价青芥辣杀伤异尖线虫幼虫的效果。方法对东海捕获的海鱼进行解剖,并检查异尖线虫幼虫的感染情况,同时将调味品青芥辣配制成1g、2g、3g/ml的浓度,分别采用自然浸杀法和加盖浸杀法杀异尖线虫幼虫。结果共解剖海鱼和软体动物23种311尾,发现135尾有异尖线虫幼虫感染,总感染率为43.41%,有些鱼种异尖线虫幼虫感染率高达100%。经用不同浓度青芥辣液不同的方法杀异尖线虫幼虫,结果自然浸杀法在不同的浓度下作用55min,幼虫死亡率均达100%,以异尖线虫幼虫死亡率和作用时间作Pearsoh相关分析,显示不同浓度组青芥辣液杀异尖线虫幼虫与作用时间之间均有相关关系存在;加盖浸杀法在不同的浓度下作用45 min,幼虫死亡率达100%。结论东海鱼类有较高的异尖线虫幼虫感染率;调味品青芥辣液在一定的浓度和作用时间下对异尖线虫幼虫具有较强的抑制和杀死作用。
Objective To understand the natural infection of Anisakis by various species of fish in the East China Sea and to evaluate the effects of the green mustard and spicy killing of Anisakis larvae. Methods The marine fish caught in the East China Sea were dissected and the infection of Anisakis larvae was examined. At the same time, the condiments of green mustard and spicy were prepared into 1g, 2g and 3g / ml concentrations, respectively, using natural immersion method and capped immersion method Anemone larvae kill. Results Totally 311 fish from 23 species of marine fish and mollusk were dissected. It was found that 135 of them were infected with Anisakis larvae. The total infection rate was 43.41%. In some species, the infection rate of Anisakis larvae was as high as 100%. The results showed that the natural immersion method was applied at different concentrations for 55 min and the mortality of larvae reached 100%. The death rate and duration of action of Anaxis larvae were determined by Pearsoh Correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between larvae and duration of action of different concentrations of green mustard and spicy liquid, and the larvae mortality rate reached 100% after capped and immersed for 45 min at different concentrations. Conclusion The infection rate of Anisakis larvae in the East China Sea is higher than that of the control. The seaweed spicy liquid of condiment has stronger inhibition and killing effect on the beetles larvae at a certain concentration and time.
