应用咽鼓管功能(ETF)检测仪对183例(244耳)中耳炎病人及外伤性鼓膜穿孔者进行检测。结果表明:ETF各项参数均在一定范围内波动,相对稳定,但有个体差异。重复描记的ETF图,其开放压(OP)趋于下降,OP变异系数(OPCV)与咽鼓管(ET)内分泌物粘度等因素有关,ET的开放管径(D)与通气阻力(R)可反映ET的开放程度,其变异值与管壁的顺应性及粘膜蠕变系数有关。部分中耳炎病人检测值与对照者有显著差异,多为病变使组织粘弹性发生改变所致。
183 patients (244 ears) with otitis media and traumatic tympanic membrane perforation were examined with the Eustachian Tube Function (ETF) detector. The results show that all parameters of ETF fluctuate within a certain range, relatively stable, but there are individual differences. In the ETF plot, the open pressure (OP) tends to decrease, and the OP coefficient of variation (OPCV) is related to the viscosity of the eustachian tube (ET). ET open diameter (D) and ventilation resistance (R) Can reflect the degree of openness of ET, the variation of the wall compliance and mucosal creep coefficient. Some patients with otitis media detection values were significantly different from the control, mostly lesions caused by changes in tissue viscoelasticity.
