日本一项专利(NO63157821)提出把镀锡金属置于碱溶液中进行阳极处理。在电流密度100~300安/米~2、电解温度65~70℃、时间16~28小时条件下进行电解。苛性钠量保持在50~150克/升范围内,来回收大部分金属锡。然后,把阳极料置于标准温度的溶液中达5~10分钟。此溶液含有FeCl_3 10~15克/升和HCl 10~70克/升。在这种条件下残存的焊料和锡被溶解。此法回收锡的成本低。
