Na2O是非冶金级Al2O3的重要技术指标。本文应用D/MAX—3BX射线衍射。IR-440红外光谱、化学物相分析等方法研究了赋存于氧化铝水合物中的Na2O在煅烧过程中的行为,β-Na2O·Al2O3随温度升高而分解,最终是α—Al2O3与Na2O·11Al2O3共存。氧化铝水合物的Na2O含量增加,煅烧产品的α—Al2O3含量减少、比表面积降低。研究结果对生产及应用Al2O3的行业均有益。
Na2O is an important technical indicator of non-metallurgical grade Al2O3. This article applies D / MAX-3BX ray diffraction. IR-440 FTIR spectroscopy, chemical phase analysis and other methods to study the behavior of Na2O occuring in alumina hydrate during calcination, β-Na2O · Al2O3 decomposes with increasing temperature, finally α-Al2O3 and Na2O · 11Al2O3 coexist. Alumina hydrate Na2O content increases, calcined product α-Al2O3 content decreases, the specific surface area decreases. The results of the research are beneficial to both the production and the application of Al2O3.
