窄叶鲜卑花果穗挥发油成分分析

目的:对窄叶鲜卑花果穗的挥发油成分进行研究。方法:采用水蒸气回流法提取窄叶鲜卑花果穗挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GS-MS)技术对其挥发油中化学成分进行分析鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法确定各化学成分的相对百分含量。结果:从窄叶鲜卑花果穗中分离鉴定得到50种化合物,占挥发油总量的99.32%,主要成分为:邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(17.42%)、二十酸乙酯(9.08%)、叶绿醇(6.29%)、山嵛酸乙酯(6.21%)、正三十四烷(5.15%)、植酮(4.69%)、正二十三烷(4.14%)、二十五烷(3.85%)、亚麻酸乙酯(3.76%)、棕榈酸(3.73%)、抗坏血酸二棕榈酸酯(2.59%)、亚油酸乙酯(2.53%)等。结论:窄叶鲜卑花果穗挥发油种类较多,以酯类物质和烷烃类为主。 Objective: To study the constituents of the volatile oil of the spikelets of the narrow-leaved Xianbei flower. Methods: The volatile oil from the flowers of Narrow-leaved Hyriopsis cantonensis was extracted by steam-refluxing method. The chemical constituents in the volatile oil were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The peak areas were normalized to determine the chemical constituents Relative percentage. Results: Fifty compounds were isolated and identified from the spikelets of narcissus obtusifolia, accounting for 99.32% of the total volatile oil. The main components were dioctyl phthalate (17.42%), eicosyl ester (9.08%), , Phytol (6.29%), behenic acid ethyl ester (6.21%), n-tetratriacontane (5.15%), phytonide (4.69%), n-tricosane (4.14%), (3.85%), ethyl linolenate (3.76%), palmitic acid (3.73%), ascorbyl dipalmitate (2.59%), ethyl linoleate (2.53%) and the like. Conclusion: There are many kinds of volatile oil in narrow-leaf Xianbei flower spikes, mainly esters and alkanes.
