训练、比赛负荷强度和量的增长,往往导致运动器官功能及组织变化的发展,使训练效率和运动成绩降低。因此,关于研究新的以及改进传统的预检和恢复运动器官损伤的方法问题,尖锐地摆在我们面前。为了解决这个问题,目前正在广泛利用气压作用。然而,气压疗法的效率不总是很高的,在很多情况下,特别是在肌肉变劣、营养不良的变化有所发展之后,借助气压疗法,没有获得预想的效果。
Training, race load intensity and the amount of growth, often leads to the development of motor function and organizational changes, so that training efficiency and exercise performance reduced. Therefore, the issue of studying new and improving the traditional methods of pre-screening and restoring sports organs is sharply placed before us. To solve this problem, atmospheric pressure is being widely used. However, the effectiveness of bariatric therapy is not always high, and in many cases, with the help of bariatric therapy, the desired effect has not been achieved, especially in cases of muscle deterioration and changes in malnutrition.
