自由基可促进机体脂质过氧化作用而与多种疾病的发生、发展过程有关。烟草燃烧的烟雾中含有大量自由基,自由基的直接吸入和其它有害成分吸入导致体内自由基含量增加,有可能使吸入者体内脂质过氧化作用加强。本文通过给大鼠烟雾吸入后测定其血浆及组织过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量,探讨了烟雾吸入和机体脂质过氧化的关系。1 材料和方法
Free radicals can promote the body lipid peroxidation but with a variety of diseases, the development process. Tobacco combustion of smoke contains a large number of free radicals, direct inhalation of free radicals and other harmful components inhaled lead to increased free radical content in the body, may make the inhaler lipid peroxidation increased.
