The Coulomb dissociation of 20Na + 208Pb → p + 19Ne + 208Pb is considered by the semi-classical model. The Monte Carlo method was used to calculate the detection efficiency of Coulomb dissociation fragments by the telescope arrays placed in the anterior horn. The feasibility of low-level resonance cross-section measurement of p + 19Ne → 20Na trapping channel in celestial environment was discussed.
