根据煤层赋存的水文地质条件和地形排水条件, 选择一合适的含煤块段超前进行多煤层集中开采, 有意识地在相应的地表形成一个较大的下沉盆地. 当周围煤层后续开采时, 新形成的下沉盆地中积水会自动或被疏导流入老盆地中, 使周围的农田不积水或少积水, 减少开采沉陷积水淹田的损失.
According to the hydrogeological conditions of the coal seam and the drainage conditions of the terrain, an appropriate coal-bearing block is selected for advanced mining of multiple coal seams, and a larger subsidence basin is consciously formed on the corresponding surface.
