目的:探讨IL-6、IL-8、IL-12、IL-17、IL-18在高原地区COPD发病过程中的作用。方法:以玉树州COPD患者35例和健康体检者35例为研究对象,采用双抗体夹心酶联吸附法(ELISA)测定其IL-6、IL-8、IL-12、IL-17、IL-18的浓度。结果:玉树地区COPD患者急性加重期血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、IL-18浓度显著高于缓解期和健康对照组(P<0.05),同时IL-6、IL-12、IL-17、IL-18缓解期浓度亦高于缓解期(P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-12、IL-17、IL-18均参与了高原COPD的气道炎症反应。
Objective: To investigate the role of IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, IL-17 and IL-18 in the pathogenesis of COPD at high altitude. Methods: A total of 35 COPD patients and 35 healthy volunteers in Yushu Prefecture were enrolled in this study. The levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, IL-17 and IL- 18 concentration. Results: The concentrations of IL-6, IL-8, IL-17 and IL-18 in acute exacerbation of COPD patients in Yushu district were significantly higher than those in remission and healthy controls (P <0.05) The concentrations of IL-17 and IL-18 in remission stage were also higher than those in remission stage (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, IL-17 and IL-18 are all involved in the airway inflammation of plateau COPD.
