健康管理事业发展日益蓬勃的今天,健康管理学科仍然面临亟待解决的实际问题。第一,学科队伍仍然薄弱且不稳定,从事健康管理的人员综合素质和专业素养不及临床专科医生;健康管理学科未进入国家学科目录,职称晋升难度增加,导致留不住优秀人才。第二,人才培养体系未建立。目前仅有个别院校设立健康管理专业,健康管理后备人才只能从大内科或内科各专科研究生转型而来。
The development of health management is booming Today, health management disciplines still face practical problems to be solved. First, the disciplinary team is still weak and unstable.
