办公室是一个组织、协调、管理、服务的综合部门,又是一个单位的形象窗口。因此,办公室队伍的思想作风建设尤其重要。办公室队伍的思想作风建设,直接影响到办公室的凝聚力、战斗力、威信和形象,更重要的是影响一个单位的战斗力和形象。为此,必须进一步提高思想认识,切实加强思想作风建设,建设一支高素质的办公室干部队伍,努力树立办公室的良好形象。
Office is an organization, coordination, management, service, an integrated department, but also a unit of the image window. Therefore, the ideological style of the office team building is particularly important. The ideological and work style building of the office team has a direct impact on the cohesion, combat effectiveness, prestige and image of the office, and more importantly affects the combat effectiveness and image of a unit.
