当前处于国民经济调整时期,某些消费品的需要量不断增长。在新设计或改造这些工厂时,需要考虑产品装配机械化,才能大幅度地增加产量和保证质量、提高劳动生产率、降低成本和改善劳动强度。产品装配机械化实际上包括工序操作本身的机械化、工序(工位)之间传送的机械化和给料、成品包装、运输入库等的机械化,总称为装配生产流水线。本文拟结合我们设计中的一些体会,对电子工业某些产品装配工位间传送机械化问题进行初步探讨。当然,也可供轻工业或其他行业中小型产品在设计装配生产流水线时参考。一、工位传送机械化的基本条件其基本要求是年产量高、批量大、零部件通用性程度高。传送机械化的优点是效率高,减少工人在手工传送时的体力劳动,保持装配生产流水的节奏
Currently in the period of national economic adjustment, the demand for certain consumer goods continues to grow. When newly designing or transforming these factories, it is necessary to consider the mechanization of product assembly in order to significantly increase production and quality assurance, increase labor productivity, reduce costs, and improve labor intensity. The mechanization of product assembly actually includes the mechanization of the process operation itself, the mechanization of the transfer between the processes (work stations), and the mechanization of the feeding, the finished product packaging, the transport input library, etc., and is collectively referred to as the assembly production line. This article intends to combine some of our experience in the design and conduct a preliminary discussion on the mechanization of the transmission of some products between assembly stations in the electronics industry. Of course, small and medium-sized products in the light industry or other industries can also be used as reference when designing an assembly line. First, the basic conditions for station transfer mechanization The basic requirements are high annual production volume, large quantities, and high degree of versatility of parts. The advantage of transport mechanization is its high efficiency. It reduces the manual labor of the workers when they are hand-transported, and keeps the rhythm of assembly production.
