新疆维吾尔自治区和田县巴格其镇自1966年实行合作医疗制度已坚持23年。在党的改革、开放、搞活的总方针指引下,合作医疗越办越好,越办越充满生机与活力。他们的主要做法是: 1、镇党委、政府重视和支持办好合作医疗。他们把办好合作医疗作为政府一项重要工作来抓,并由一名副镇长亲自负责这项工作。镇政府每年根据卫生院提供的报告,核定村民小组人数,确定合作医疗收费标准,并就有关问题作出明确规定。同时,还从人力、物力、财力等方面给予大力支持,先后给卫生院划拨10亩苹
The cooperative medical system implemented since 1966 in Baqqi Town, Hotan County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has been maintained for 23 years.
