详细阐述中国国际化矿业人才所需具备的基本素质,并提出中国培养国际化矿业人才的主要模式,以期对中国矿业企业培养国际化矿业人才、提高对外投资效率具有借鉴意义。通过与国内外矿业企业专家及管理人员交流,查阅矿业企业招聘信息,借鉴欧美发达国家跨国企业海外矿业投资的成功经验,认为国际化矿业人才应该具有全球视野和理念,熟练掌握至少一门外语,具备合理的知识结构、较强的学习和创新能力,具有一定的一线工作经验和行业工作经验。中国培养国际化矿业人才主要有3种模式,分别是中外高校联合办学的模式、校企联合办学的模式和企业内部培训的模式。中国矿业企业矿业投资走向成熟还需要相当长的时间,而这主要取决于中国矿业人才国际化的进程。
It elaborates on the basic qualities that China needs to possess in the internationalized mining industry and puts forward the main mode of cultivating internationalized mining industry in China in order to provide reference for Chinese mining enterprises to cultivate internationalized mining talents and improve the efficiency of foreign investment. Through the exchange with experts and managers of mining enterprises at home and abroad, consulting recruitment information of mining enterprises and learning from the successful experience of overseas mining investment by multinational enterprises in developed countries in Europe and the United States, it is considered that international mining talents should have a global vision and philosophy, be proficient in at least one foreign language, Have a reasonable knowledge structure, strong ability to learn and innovate, with some front-line work experience and industry work experience. There are mainly three kinds of models for cultivating internationalized mining talents in China. They are the model of joint school running between Chinese and foreign universities, the model of school-enterprise joint running and the mode of internal training. It will take quite a long time for Chinese mining enterprises to invest in mining industry maturely, which depends mainly on the internationalization of China’s mining industry.
