寻找能有效地综合利用攀枝花钛精矿的工业生产方法,是开发攀枝花资源的重要课题之一。本文介绍了以攀枝花钛精矿为原料采用“还原炭化—磁选分离—低温沸腾氯化制取四氯化钛”工艺的半工业性试验。这一试验的全流程基本打通,主要技术关键基本突破,取得了阶段性成果,制取了3.54吨TiCl_4,并以副产物含钛铁粉和中间产物富钛料为原料,进行了制取铁基制品和金红石的试验。
Looking for an industrial production method that can comprehensively utilize Panzhihua Titanium Concentrate is one of the important topics for developing Panzhihua resources. This paper introduces the semi-industrial test using the process of “reduction carbonization-magnetic separation-low temperature boiling chlorination to prepare titanium tetrachloride” from the raw material of Panzhihua titanium concentrate. The whole process of this experiment basically opened up, the main technical breakthroughs in the key, and achieved initial results, prepared 3.54 tons of TiCl_4, and the byproduct containing titanium iron powder and intermediate titanium-rich material as raw material, made of iron Base products and rutile tests.
