目的:观察促红细胞生成素对慢性肾衰竭患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:69例慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者分为3组:A组(用促红细胞生成素+血液透析),B组(用促红细胞生成素治疗组),C组(不用促红细胞生成素的非血液透析组)。用郭峰法测定红细胞免疫粘附功能,用荧光偏振法测定红细胞膜脂流动性。结果:我们发现促红细胞生成素能提高CRF患者的红细胞G_3bR%和RFER%(P<0.01),接近正常对照组(P>0.05);并使RFIR%下降(P<0.01);以上变化不受血液透析的影响。促红细胞生成素治疗组红细胞膜脂流动性明显提高;C_3bR%与红细胞膜脂流动性测定值呈负相关γ=-0.32(P<0.01),与RBC呈正相关γ=0.57(F<0.01)。结论:促红细胞生成素能增加红细胞免疫功能,贫血的改善及红细胞膜脂流动性的提高可能是红细胞免疫功能改善的影响因素。
Objective: To observe the effect of erythropoietin on erythrocyte immune function in patients with chronic renal failure. METHODS: Sixty-nine patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) were divided into three groups: group A (with erythropoietin plus hemodialysis), group B (with erythropoietin), group C (without erythropoietin Non-hemodialysis group). The erythrocyte immune adhesion function was measured by Guo Feng method and the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane lipid was measured by fluorescence polarization method. RESULTS: Erythropoietin was found to increase G 3bR% and RFER% of erythrocytes in CRF patients (P <0.01), close to the normal control group (P> 0.05), and reduce RFIR% (P <0.01). The above changes were not affected The impact of hemodialysis. Erythropoietin treatment group erythrocyte membrane lipid flow significantly increased; C_3bR% and erythrocyte membrane fluidity was negative correlation γ = -0.32 (P <0.01), and RBC was positively correlated γ = 0.57 (F <0.01). CONCLUSION: Erythropoietin can increase the immune function of erythrocytes, and the improvement of anemia and the increase of erythrocyte membrane fluidity may be the influencing factors for the improvement of erythrocyte immune function.
