目的:了解玉林市婚前医学检查(婚检)状况,探讨干预措施,为有效促进婚检提供科学依据。方法:对2010年玉林市婚检资料进行回顾性分析。结果:2010年玉林市婚检应检114 684人,实检42 606人,婚检率为37.15%。检出疾病1 157例,疾病检出率2.72%,检出疾病以生殖系统疾病最高715例,占61.80%;其次为指定传染性疾病251例,占21.69%;内科系统疾病167例,占14.43%;严重遗传性疾病16例,占1.38%;精神病8例,占0.69%。婚检地中海贫血(地贫)筛查42 606例,地贫筛查阳性6 842例,阳性率为16.06%。结论:通过婚检,可查出影响结婚和生育的疾病,可避免严重遗传性疾病在高危家庭中再次发生。要提高出生人口素质,做好婚检是关键,地贫筛查是提高人口先天素质的有效措施。
Objective: To understand the condition of premarital medical examination (premarital examination) in Yulin City and to explore the intervention measures to provide a scientific basis for effectively promoting premarital examination. Methods: 2010 Yulin forensic data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 2010, 114 684 premarital tests, 42 606 real tests and 37.15% premarital tests were conducted in Yulin City. The highest number of detected diseases was found in 715 cases of reproductive system diseases, accounting for 61.80%, followed by 251 cases of designated infectious diseases (21.69%), and 167 cases of medical system diseases (accounting for 14.43%). %; Severe hereditary diseases in 16 cases, accounting for 1.38%; mental illness in 8 cases, accounting for 0.69%. 42 606 cases of pre-marital thalassemia (thalassemia) screening, 6 842 cases of thalassemia screening positive, the positive rate was 16.06%. Conclusion: Premarital examination can detect diseases that affect marriage and childbirth and prevent the recurrence of serious genetic diseases in high-risk families. To improve the quality of the population born, good premarital examination is the key to thalassemia screening is to improve the quality of the population of the inherent quality of effective measures.
