谈广州市生态可持续发展重点与策略

广州市实现城市生态可持续发展总目标的任务和重点包括两方面:一方面系统而有重点地防范生态风险,缓冲和抗御自然灾害与极端气候等,解决制约广州城市发展的重点和潜在的战略生态问题,保障城市生态安全;另一方面全面而有效地提高生态环境质量,近期重点建设"三纵两横一心"一级生态主廊道和市中心"绿肺",激发城市生态系统活力,沟通全市南北生态系统,提高生态系统的整体服务功能,构建更适宜居住生活、更适宜创业发展的山水田园型生态城市,并使两者相辅相成.广州城市发展的重点和潜在的战略生态问题包括:台风、暴雨、洪涝、全球变暖与海平面上升、临海重工业的发展布局与海岸带生态系统的保护、饮用水保障与水环境质量、机动车尾气污染与大气环境质量(Nox与SO2指标超标)等.
