在基础力学实验教学中,薄壁圆管和圆柱截面试件是扭转试验的2种常用形式,但开口薄壁圆管杆件在受扭矩作用时的变形与薄壁圆管和圆柱截面试件截然不同,原实验装置不能作开口薄壁圆管杆件的自由扭转实验。为此,作者设计并制作了一台扭转实验装置,此实验台可以进行开口薄壁圆管杆件的自由扭转实验,试件2端不仅相对扭转角位移是自由的,而且轴向变形也是自由的,简要介绍该实验装置和实验结果。
In the basic mechanics experiment teaching, thin-walled circular tube and cylindrical cross-section specimens are two commonly used forms of torsion test. However, the deformation of the thin-walled circular tube rod under the action of torque is quite different from that of the thin-walled circular tube and the cylindrical cross-section specimen. Can not be used as a free torsion test for thin-walled cylindrical pipe members. To this end, the author designed and produced a reverse experimental device, which can test the free torsion of the thin-walled cylindrical rod with open end.
