随着企业的改革进一步深化,班组建设越来越重要,要搞好班组建设,首先要选拔好班组长。据调查,目前工厂的工人较喜欢下面十种类型的班组长: 一是责任心、事业心强,有开拓精神和经济头脑,能带领大家出色完成生产任务,增加收入。二是肯动脑筋,勤学有专长,能积极钻研解决生产或施工中的疑难问题。三是工作方法好,发扬民主,遇事常与大家商量,尊重、相信并依靠工人的集体力量,充分发挥大家的聪明才智。四是会做思想政治工作,理解、关心、体谅工人,关心他们的冷暖苦衷,特别遇到有困难、受挫折或工人及其家庭有意外和不幸时,要给予物资和精神上
With the further deepening of corporate reforms, the construction of teams and groups is becoming more and more important. In order to do a good job of team building, we must first select the team leader.
