目的:探讨不同海拔高血压病患者血清髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)、脑利钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)含量变化。方法:采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测不同海拔的高血压病患者及正常对照组血清MPO、BNP的含量。结果:不同海拔高血压组血清MPO含量均高于同海拔正常对照组(54.35±13.10)u/L vs(48.83±12.86)u/L,(56.56±12.28)u/L vs(50.52±10.94)u/L(P均<0.05);不同海拔高血压组血清BNP含量均高于同海拔正常对照组(33.55±11.13)u/L vs(27.54±12.39)u/L,(38.32±10.55)u/L vs(33.56±10.28)u/L(P均<0.05),高海拔高血压组血清BNP含量高于中度海拔高血压组(38.32±10.55)u/L vs(33.55±11.13)u/L(P<0.05),高海拔正常对照组血清BNP含量高于中度海拔正常对照组(33.56±10.28)u/L vs(27.54±12.39)u/L(P<0.05)。结论:不同海拔高血压病患者较正常人血清MPO、BNP含量增高;随着海拔的升高,高血压病患者与正常人血清BNP含量增高。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum level of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with different altitude hypertension. Methods: Serum levels of MPO and BNP were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in patients with hypertension at different altitudes and in normal control group. Results: The levels of serum MPO in different altitude hypertension group were higher than those in normal elevation group (54.35 ± 13.10) u / L vs (48.83 ± 12.86) u / L, (56.56 ± 12.28) u / L vs (50.52 ± 10.94) (P <0.05). The levels of serum BNP in different altitude group were significantly higher than those in normal elevation group (33.55 ± 11.13) u / L vs (27.54 ± 12.39) u / L, (38.32 ± 10.55) u (33.56 ± 10.28) u / L (P <0.05). The serum BNP level in high altitude hypertension group was higher than that in moderate altitude hypertension group (38.32 ± 10.55) u / L vs (33.55 ± 11.13) u / (P <0.05). The serum BNP level in the high altitude normal control group was higher than that in the moderate altitude group (33.56 ± 10.28) u / L vs (27.54 ± 12.39) u / L (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The serum levels of MPO and BNP in patients with different altitude hypertension are higher than those in normal people. The serum BNP levels in hypertensive patients and normal people increase with the altitude increasing.
