近年来,本公司对轧钢加热炉实施了一系列节能改造,如汽化冷却和烟气余热利用、热送热装技术的应用,远红外高温辐射涂料的应用等,取得了可观的节能效果。随着5 m板和宽厚板的热装率达到85%左右的水平,热装节能接近极限水平,再提高热装率对节能的贡献有限。本文研究国内蓄热式燃烧技术的发展现状,认为高热装水平下的蓄热式燃烧技术的应用将是公司轧钢加热炉大幅节能的另一个途径。
In recent years, the Company has implemented a series of energy-saving revamps on rolling furnaces, such as vaporization and flue gas waste heat utilization, application of heat transfer and hot charging technology, and application of far-infrared radiation coating, and achieved considerable energy-saving results. With the 5 m board and heavy plate heat loading rate reached about 85% level, thermal energy savings close to the limit level, and then increase the rate of heat load contribution to energy conservation is limited. This paper studies the development status of regenerative combustion technology in China. It is believed that the application of regenerative combustion technology with high thermal loading level will be another way for the company to save energy by rolling furnaces.
