在Rene'N4单晶镍基高温合金的高温时效过程中,发现γ'粒子由立方形逐渐形成梅花状、并继续演变成枝晶形态,同时γ'枝晶具有择域生长特性.公式推导证明,γ'粒子的生长尺寸有一临界值α'超过这一临界值后,γ'粒子将通过错配位错造成粒子周边凹陷,以协调γ'能量的增加,并进一步发展为枝晶状.
During the aging process of Rene’N4 single crystal Ni-base superalloy, it was found that the γ ’particles gradually formed into a plumule shape from a cubic shape and continued to dendrite morphology, while the γ’ dendrite had a mesogenic growth characteristic. The formula derivation proves that when γ ’particle growth size has a critical value α’ exceeding this critical value, γ ’particles will cause depression around the particle by mismatch dislocation so as to coordinate the increase of γ’ energy and further develop into dendrite shape.
