市场经济的深入发展使财会人才出现结构性短缺,由“核算型”向“管理型”财会人才转变将是重点高校财务管理专业本科生培养目标变化的必然趋势。在分析管理型财务人才内涵的基础上,本文提出以此为导向的财务管理专业课程体系应当从注重基础、贴近实际、强化创新三个层面进行改革,本文还介绍了浙江工商大学课程体系改革的初步效果。
The deepening of market economy leads to the structural shortage of accounting personnel, and the change from “accounting type” to “management type” accounting personnel will be the inevitable trend of the change of the training objectives for undergraduates majoring in financial management in key universities. Based on the analysis of the connotation of managerial financial talents, this paper proposes that this oriented financial management professional curriculum system should be reformed from the following three aspects: focusing on foundation, approaching reality and strengthening innovation. This article also introduces the reform of curriculum system of Zhejiang Gongshang University Initial effect.
