目的观察镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的远期效果。方法对176例良性前列腺增生导致排尿障碍患者局麻下经超声引导置入镍钛记忆合金支架,治疗后6、12、24、36、48个月进行随访。结果支架置入后3~7d拔除导尿管,161例患者恢复自主排尿,残余尿量明显减少,尿流率正常或接近正常,治疗后随访6、12、24、36、48个月,有效率分别为96.1%、92.6%、87.2%、82.5%及77.0%,获4a以上随访的患者82例,IPSS、Qmax、RUV分别为(8.6±3.3)分、(14.5±3.4)ml/s、(33±11.6)ml,与出院时相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗良性前列腺增生导致排尿障碍远期效果肯定,适用于高危的前列腺增生患者。
Objective To observe the long-term effect of nickel-titanium memory alloy mesh stent in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 176 patients with dysuria caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia under local anesthesia under the guidance of nickel-titanium memory alloy stent implantation, 6,12,24,36,48 months after treatment were followed up. Results The catheters were removed 3 to 7 days after stent implantation. 161 patients regained spontaneous micturition, residual urine volume decreased significantly, and the urinary flow rate was normal or nearly normal. After 6,12,24,36,48 months follow-up The effective rates were 96.1%, 92.6%, 87.2%, 82.5% and 77.0% respectively. There were 82 patients with follow-up of more than 4a. The IPSS, Qmax and RUV were 8.6 ± 3.3 and 14.5 ± 3.4 ml / (33 ± 11.6) ml, no significant difference compared with that at discharge (P> 0.05). Conclusion The nickel-titanium memory alloy mesh stent treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia lead to long-term effect of micturition obstruction, suitable for high-risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
