MB15变形镁合金是当今世界各国通用的航空结构材料,多用于飞机长桁、框板和隔板之类中等受力构件。该材料在我厂生产应用中,往往发现型材表面呈现桔皮(起皱)现象,并且型材在下陷成形制作零件过程中,其桔皮(起皱)现象隋着材料变形程度的加大而加重。但是镁合金型材技术标准YB632—66对此缺陷未做技术要求,因而常常由于型材表面桔皮(起皱)现象严重而导致零件报废。另外,据经验认为:材料表面的桔皮现象可能是材料内部粗晶组织的征兆,将导致机械性能的降低。为了探讨MB15镁合金型材表面桔皮(起皱)与内部晶粒度的关系及其对机械性能的影响,故做此试验。
MB15 deformation magnesium alloy is a common aeronautical structure material used in various countries all over the world, and is used for moderate force members such as aircraft stringers, frame plates and bulkheads. The material in our plant production and application, often found profile orange peel surface (wrinkling) phenomenon, and the profile in the subsidence forming parts of the process, the orange peel (wrinkle) phenomenon sui material deformation increases and aggravates . However, the magnesium alloy profile technical standard YB632-66 does not make technical requirements for this defect, so the parts are often scrapped due to the serious phenomenon of the orange peel (wrinkling) on the profile surface. In addition, it is empirically believed that the orange peel on the surface of the material may be a sign of coarse-grained microstructure within the material, resulting in a decrease in mechanical properties. In order to explore the surface of the MB15 magnesium alloy profiles orange peel (crepe) and the relationship between the internal grain size and its impact on mechanical properties, so do this test.
